From start to finish the company was wonderful to work with, very responsive and professional. We chose a style we loved and Luca designed additional side pieces to have the mantel wrap around the wall for a 3D look. We also requested an extra white color and Luca once again accommodated us. Samples were sent to us (and) we also received emails with renderings on a photo for our living room so we could visualize what the end result would look like and the proportions, which was very helpful. Shipping was smooth and arrived crated and well packed. Kendra was a pleasure to work with and helped with all the logistics, payments and follow ups. We love our fireplace and would recommend Tartaruga Design!
